the shuttle service was acceptable.

some staff was rude. i paid for a full english breakfast but only had coffee and was charged the full price of €25. robes felt very rough, it was not comfortable.

Acceptable, but some issues

water temperature airport shuttle

The breakfast was good, with lots of options available.

The shower water temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold during both showers I took over two days. I also found the 5 dollar charge for the airport shuttle ridiculous since other airport hotels offer free shuttles. The driver did not help with luggage, and I had to drag it to the bus (i wish they would have helped).

I really appreciated the shuttle service. It was very convenient to the airport. my room was quite large and quiet. it had a comfortable bed. i slept well before my early flight.

the room was clean. a shuttle service made getting to the airport simple. the bed was comfortable.

the staff at reception seemed unfriendly. the shower fixture was old. the water gushed from the hose rather than the shower head.

helpful staff easy internet damaged mattress breakfast price

the staff were generally helpful, and i had no problems at check in. good internet was available and it was easy to connect to it. the location is fine.

the mattress in my room was damaged on the right side, disappointing. nobody offered to change it WHEN i returned. the breakfast is not worth THE price.
